中型合成氨装置在线数据校正与模拟优化软件的设计与实现

摘要 在微机上成功地开发了合成氨装置数据校正与模拟优化系统ARDS,该系统与某中型合成氨装置的DCS控制系统连接,可对装置进行在线数据校正与模拟优化分析,为工况分析提供合理的数据,优化操作条件,提高了经济效益和生产管理的计算机自动化水平。  The software referred to as ARDS system on data reconciliation, process simulation and optimization for ammonia synthesis plant was developed successfully. Connected with the DCS controlling system of a medium ammonia synthesis plant, the system can reconcile online data to offer reasonable data for plant performance analysis.It can also simultaneously simulate the reaction process with online data and optimize the operation conditions. All these functions make the plant operate more effectively than before, thus enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
