脂肪酶产生菌的筛选及其酶性质 被引量:43

摘要 从56个土样中分离获得253株脂肪酶产生菌,其中NQ23菌株产酶活性最高,从其形态特征确定为根霉属(Rhizopus)。对该菌株进行紫外线和硫酸二乙酯诱变,酶活力提高52%。对该菌株的产酶条件及部分酶性质进行了研究后发现该菌株所产脂肪酶具有良好的热稳定性,最适作用温度较高,为50℃左右。 253 lipaseproduction strains were selected from 56 oil contained earth samples.We screened a high lipaseyielding strain named NQ 23 .This strain was identified as Rhizopus based on its characteristic and the lipase activity was increased by 52% after this strain was mutated by UV and DES.In addition,the optimum lipase producing condition and the characteristic of this strain were studied.The results show :The lipase produced by this strain has good thermostability and was stable below 70℃.Its optimum temperature was about 50℃ or higher.
