摘要
研究了从硫酸盐法草浆黑液中提取木质素及黑液提取木质素后的深度处理方法,选定了各级处理最佳条件。实验结果表明:通过沉淀、离子交换、吸附三级处理,回收了木质素及其衍生物,净化了分离液,COD去除率达94.9%,BOD去除率达到94.2%,SS(悬浮物)去除率达53.4%,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The research on the methods of extracting lignin from sulfate pulping black liquor and further treatment to extracted black liquor were made . The best conditions of every step treatment were studied. The test result has evidenced such advantages as reclaiming lignin from black liquor as well as purifying the separated liquor with the combined process of sedimentation, adsorption and ion exchange.The removal efficiency of COD, SS and BOD was 94.9%, 53.4% and 94.2%, respectively. Therefore, notable economic benefit and social benefit will be yielded.
