摘要
在直径为0.5m的搅拌釜内,应用三维激光颗粒动态分析仪(简称PDA)测定了多层搅拌桨在搅拌过渡流区的三维流场.研究了不同的桨叶安放角、桨径、桨层间距、雷诺数及不同桨型对流场的影响规律,为在过渡流区操作的多层搅拌反应器的优化设计提供参考.
The axial,radial and tangential mean velocities were measured by using 3-D Laser Particle Dynamic Analyzer (PDA) in an agitated vessel with multiple propellers.The flow patterns were obtained in glycerine solution in the transition region.The effects of the spacing between impellers ,the angle of the blade,the impeller diameter,the Reynolds number and the type of the imperller on flow characteristics were discussed in detail.
