摘要
以甲苯作稀释剂、NaOH作预润胀剂和催化剂、以氯化苄作醚化剂对杉木进行了苄基化改性。研究了上述试剂用量及反应温度和时间对木材苄基化反应及苄基化木材热塑性的影响。用FTIR、Xray、SEM、TMA等对苄基化木材的微观结构和热塑性进行了研究和表征,发现苄基化木材比过去研究的其它化学改性木材有较好的热塑性,百分增重(WPG)115的苄基化木材可在100~150℃熔融,并在100℃、98MPa表压下热压成型为半透明的塑料状薄片。
China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) meal was modified by benzylation with toluene as diluent, NaOH as preswelling agent and catalyst, benzyl chloride as etherifying agent. The influences of amount of reagents, reaction temperature and time on benzylation and thermoplasticity of benzylated wood were studied. FTIR,Xray, SEM,TMA were used to study and characterize the microstructure and thermoplasticity of the benzylated wood. It was found that the benzylated wood had better thermoplasticity than other chemically modified wood studied hitherto. The benzylated wood at WPG 115 could be melted at 100~105℃ and molded into semitransparent films by hot press at 100℃, 98MPa gauge pressure.
