利用木质纤维素生产燃料酒精研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 木质纤维素的生物化学转化生产燃料酒精是采用较广泛的一种途径,主要包括预处理、糖化、发酵等工艺,预处理是生物转化的关键步骤,影响整个纤维素酒精生产过程。综述了木质纤维素经过生物化学转化和热化学转化生产燃料酒精的研究进展,并对木质纤维素酒精研究面临的问题及今后的研究方向进行了展望。指出在木质纤维素糖化和发酵工艺方面,需通过多学科的整合,提高糖转化率和酒精的得率,降低生产成本、加速木质纤维素燃料酒精的商业化应用。 Bioconversion is a major way to convert hgnocellulose into fuel ethanol, including pretreatment, saccharification, fermentation process, and so on. The pretreatment is one of the critical steps in the bioconversion of lignocellulose to ethanol, which directly influences the whole production process. In this paper, the research progress in the production of fuel alcohol from lignocellulose via biochemical and thermochemical conversion is reviewed. Meanwhile, the difficulty and prospect of this process are discussed. It is pointed out that the integration of multi-discipline is necessary for saccharification and fermentation to improve sugar conversion rate and ethanol yield, lower production costs, and accelerate the commercialization of this conversion process.
