摘要
首先甲胺基阿维菌素进行一个酰化反应生成甲胺基阿维菌素衍生物,然后把甲胺基阿维菌素衍生物溶解于丙烯酸酯单体中,在以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐为表面活性剂,过硫酸钾为自由基引发剂的条件下进行引发聚合,制备了甲胺基阿维菌素键合聚丙烯酸酯纳米粒子。粒度图显示纳米粒子的尺寸大约40 nm。这种纳米粒子可以显著提高甲胺基阿维菌素对光的稳定性。
The nanoparticles are formed in water by the emulsion polymerization of an acrylated emamectin benzoate predissolved in a liquid acrylate monomer (or mixture of co-monomers) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant and potassium persulfate as a radical initiator. Electron microscopy images show that the nanoparticles are approximately 40 nm in diameter. The structure can improve the photostability of emamectin benzoate evidently.
