摘要
用双显色体系降低各组分光谱的线性相关性,并用光谱向量间的夹角描述这种特性;同时采用数值稳定性较好的迭代目标转换因子分析法(ITTFA),进行混合稀土(La、Gd、Yb、Y)中单一稀土元素的光度分析。结果表明,在三氯偶氮胂—稀土(La、Gd、Yb、Y)显色体系中,采用一个酸度体系(pH34)的光谱数据计算时,各稀土组分光谱向量间夹角平均值为45°;而采用两个酸度体系(pH34,pH14)的光谱数据计算时,各稀土组分之间向量夹角平均值达到215°,这不仅使得ITTFA中主因子的选择较为准确,且较易获得稳定的结果,并提高多组分光度分析的可靠性。
Dual-color systems were used to deduce the collinearity of multicomponent spectra, which was illustrated by using the angles between spectra vectors. Combined with iterative target transformation factor analysis(ITTFA), single rare earth element was determined in their mixture. The calculated results showed that average angles between rare earth spectra in one color system(TCarsenazorare earths, pH34) were 45°, and that in two color systems(TCarsenazorare earths, pH34 and pH14) were 215°. The determination results show that dual color system method is more effective technique in rare earth mixture analysis.
