The nucleation kinetics of Spiramycins in aqueous solution has been obtained by measuring the maximum overheated temperature under different heating rates. The rate of the primary nucleation is N,p=7.089exp-17.998×10~31298.15-1T·exp-0.119ln2sand the rate of the secondary nucleation is N,s=0.341exp-3.508×10~31298.15-1T·(c-cs)1.392The particle size of the primary nucleation has been determined to be 0.05μm by Mic light scattering theory.
