摘要
聚醚醚酮的拉伸断面为正交韧窝形态,韧窝由显微孔穴和镜面组成。显微孔穴的直径为6~8μm,镜面即韧窝的直径为40~50μm。韧窝的形成是由于聚醚醚酮具有高模量并在拉伸过程中未出现细颈化,而是在横截面积不变的情况下,发生了体积增大的现象。聚醚醚酮的缺口冲击断面形态由裂纹源、镜面区、平滑区、粗糙区和剪切唇组成。
Both tensile and notched impact fracture surface of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) was studied by scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that equiaxed dimple morphology was the principal feature in tensile fractured specimens of PEEK. The dimple is composed of microvoid with diameter of 6~8μm and mirror with diameter of 40~50μm. The formation of the dimple morphology is due to volume increased and transverse area unchanged during tensile process of PEEK. Fractography of notched impact fractured PEEK can be divided into five zones, that are initiation site, mirror, smooth, rough zone and shear lip.
