摘要
采用自建动态酯化反应实验装置,研究了以负载型磷钨杂多酸作为催化剂合成己二酸二异辛酯的酯化反应体系。根据多种不同载体负载的催化剂的活性和寿命。筛选出一种较为理想的硅胶负载型磷钨杂多酸催化剂。该催化剂在反应条件下,反应1h,转化率达97%。借助程序升温分解(TPDE)、吸附吡啶后的程序升温分解(PyTPDE)及红外(IR)等手段,对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,硅胶负载型磷钨杂多酸中的结晶水受到本体的强烈诱导,可产生较强的B酸中心,从而对反应具有较高的催化活性;催化剂结晶水不受使用次数的影响,使得催化剂具有稳定的结构,因而具有较长的使用寿命。
The iso dioctyl adipate has been synthesized by using dynamic method. A high activity and long life silica supported 12 tungstrophosphoric acid is chosen in comparison with several other kinds of carriers as an efficient catalyst for the heterogeneous liquid phase reactions. The catalytic activity of silica supported 12 tungstrophosphoric acid has been studied by means of TPDE, Py TPDE and IR. It is clean that catalytic activity comes from crystal water of catalyst which can produced strong sites of Bronsted acid, and the catalyst possesses high activity. The crystal water of the catalyst is stable after use. Therefor, the catalyst has long life.
