摘要
介绍了基于施密特振荡器和计数器的模数(A/D)转换的原理。利用该法实现A/D转换的性能,同时说明利用此原理实现不同位数和转换速度的A/D转换器的方法。
The principles of Schmidt oscillator and counter based A/D converter are introduced,from which an applicable 10 digit high speed A/D circuitry has been designed and its characteristics tested.An approach to realising A/D converters of this kind with various digits and speeds is also depicted.
