高铝水泥磷酸盐CBC材料的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了六偏磷酸钠以及养护条件对高铝水泥CBC材料劈裂抗拉强度和显微结构的影响。结果表明在室温养护的条件下,六偏磷酸钠具有抑制高铝水泥后期强度倒缩,提高其后期强度的作用。100℃蒸汽养护可使高铝水泥CBC材料的强度大幅度增加。加入六偏磷酸钠后,室温养护试样中形成较多胶体和梭状晶体,而不形成CAH10等水化铝酸钙,蒸汽养护试样中的部分铝和磷以凝胶形式存在,从而使强度较低的C3AH6晶体较少。 The influence of sodium hexametaphosphate and curing condition on the splitting tensile strength and microstructure of high aluminous cement CBC materials was studied. The results show that sodium hexa metaphosphate has the effect of preventing high aluminous cement paste from strength deterioration when cured at room temperature, so as to increase the later stage strength. The strength of aluminous cement CBC materials can be greatly increased when steam cured at 100℃. Instead of CAH 10 , more gel and shuttle like crystals are formed in the samples added with sodium hexa metaphosphate and cured at room temperature. When steam cured, less C 3AH 6 crystals with lower strength are formed in the samples,and part of the aluminium and phosphorus may be existed in a gel form .
