固态碱-矿渣-赤泥胶凝材料的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在实验室条件下研究了碱性激发剂的种类、掺量对碱矿渣赤泥体系性能的影响。结果表明,采用适当的固体激发剂代替传统的液体水玻璃可以克服急凝现象,使体系正常凝结,同时保持体系原有的快硬早强特性。另外,采用有些固体碱激发剂时,体系会发生严重慢凝,但加入适量烧石膏可使凝结恢复正常。X射线对硬化体的组成分析表明,与未水化试样相比,常温水化试样的物相组成变化不大,但80℃蒸养试样中形成了一种分子式为CaAl2Si4O12·4H2O的含水铝硅酸盐矿物。 The influence of the kind and amount of solid alkaline activators on the properties of the alkali slag red mud system was investigated. The results show that the flash setting of such system could be avoided when using an appropriate solid activator instead of a liquid water glass,however,resulting in normal setting,and the original hardening and high early strength characters of this system could be remained when some solid activator was used, the setting of the system was heavily retarded, but it could be regulated to normal state by adding a small amount of calcined gypsum. X ray diffraction analyses show that the phase composition of the hardened paste cured at room temperature for 28 days is almost the same as that of the unhydrated ones. A calcium aluminosilicate hydrate CaAl 2Si 4O 12 ·4H 2O was formed when the paste was steam cured at 80 ℃ for 24 h.
