摘要
在仓套仓型整体流料仓中，粉状物料在重力作用下能形成可控的速度梯度场，再辅以１２次回流，可将呈水平层放置的粉状物料进行有效的均化，出料标准偏差可达到０１５％０３５％。
In mass flow hopper which belongs to the type of bin in bin, powder materials affected by gravity force can take shape of a controllabe speed gradient field.With the assistant of one or two return flow powder materials placed borizontally will be homogenized effectively. The standard deviation of powder materials from homogemizer autlet reachs 0.15%～0.35%.
