摘要
头痛患者临床多见，病因复杂多样，因患者鼻部症状不明显常被其他科室诊断为偏头痛或丛集性头痛等而延误治疗。我科于2000-2006年间诊治因鼻中隔偏曲引起的头痛患者46例，行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗后鼻内接触性头痛收到了良好的效果，现报道如下。
