老年人退行性主动脉瓣病发病机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 老年人退行性心脏瓣膜病即老年人钙化性心脏瓣膜病,主要表现为心脏瓣膜纤维化及钙盐沉着,导致瓣膜增厚变形及僵硬度增加,引起瓣膜狭窄或关闭不全。瓣膜受累以主动脉瓣为主,其次为二尖瓣,单纯三尖瓣及肺动脉瓣受累较少。在65岁及以上主动脉瓣狭窄患者中,约有90%以上是主动脉瓣钙化所致,美国退行性主动脉瓣狭窄已经成为心血管疾病的第三位病因。老年人退行性主动脉瓣病的病因尚未完全阐明,现对其发病机制新进展进行综述。
