In order to solve the problem that the enterprise data has limitation in range and the ordinary search engine fails to search the isomerism data, an enterprise search engine was designed based on the metadata. It can effectively integrate heterogeneous data sources through the definition and description of the related information of isomerism data sources, thus the choice and the localization to the information resources can be made the enterprise search engine＇s recall and precision ratio is raised.
