摘要
建立资源调度的整数规划模型,并用算法实现对整个城市的消防资源进行优化配置.试用结果表明,根据本模型进行资源优化配置,消防队应配置的资源量总量显著减少.该模型可用于解决城市中因同一时间段内发生2起以上火灾事故而导致消防资源短缺或闲置的问题.
The resource scheduling integer programming model was established, and the city' s fire optimal allocation of resources was implemented by the algorithm. Trial results show that under this model for optimal allocation of resources, the allocation of fire resources can be significantly reduced. The model can be used to solve the city for the same period of time more than two fires oecured that caused by fire or idle resources issues.
