摘要 分析了我国煤电油化对IGCC/联产的重大需求,国内外IGCC/联产发展的历程、现状与趋势。介绍了"十一五"863计划重大项目"以煤气化为基础的多联产示范工程",该项目以我国能源企业要建设的IGCC及联产工程为依托,将完成大型煤气化、合成气低污染重型燃气轮机改进、液体产品合成、系统优化集成及设计、运行及控制等关键技术的研发、验证,液体产品联产电、IGCC等典型系统的试验和示范。最后,对我国IGCC/联产的技术路线和前景进行了展望。 This paper analyzes the great demand for IGCC/co--production based on the rapid growth in coal, power, oil, chemical production, consumption & demand and related problems caused by them in China, summari- zes the progress of IGCC/Co--production in the world and the evolution in China, and introduces the Key Project of 863 program "IGCC and Co--Production Demonstration Engineering'(2006--2010). The project will independently research and develop key technologies of IGCC/co--production, including large scale coal gasification, syngas fired heavy duty gas turbine, liquids synthesis, system integration and optimization, and plant operation & control technologies. These technologies will be validated and demonstrated with IGCC and co--production demonstration plants which will be built by energy companies. Finally, the paper gives the prospect for the development of coal gasifica- tion- based IGCC and co--production technologies in China.
