摘要
回顾了建国以来煤炭政策变迁的过程及其对国民经济和煤炭企业的影响。随着经济的发展和社会的进步,影响煤炭需求的因素发生了新的变化,并呈现出新的特点,文章从煤炭消费部门构成状况和主要耗煤部门煤炭消费状况、节能政策方面以及环境和煤炭需求关系方面进行了分析,分析方法可供其他能源行业参考。
There are two parts in this paper. We start with a brief introduction to coal policy,then analysis the infuencing factors. We end the study with the conclusion of Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection.
