巷道横穿灰岩承压含水层应用超前化学注浆技术

摘要 煤矿井下巷道横穿灰岩承压含水层时,采用波雷因高分子双液化学浆超前注浆堵水技术,克服了传统的采用水泥—水玻璃双液浆边掘进边封堵出水点注浆方法堵水效果不可靠、在掘进过程中易发生突水的不安全隐患的缺点。介绍了在峰峰集团黄沙矿-500水仓横穿野青灰岩承压含水层进行现场工业性试验的情况,试验结果表明加固堵水效果明显。 When underground roadways traverse water bearing lime stone strata under pressure, a special polymer dual--component resin grout is used for advance grouting, which eliminates the hidden danger of water in--rush that could otherwise result from the use of sodium silicate dual--component grouting in places where water in-- flows occur in the course of roadway heading. However, the traditional application of sodium silicate for water seal- ing is not optimal because this water sealing doesn't produce reliable results and hence water in--rush is still possible in the course of roadway drivage. This paper introduces the industrial sized experiment with the special grouting at the --500 water--sump renovation project for it to traverses the Yeqing lime strata under pressurized water. The results of the experiments indicate that the application produces notable effects.
