摘要
阐述了煤矿井下排水监控系统设计利用MCGS组态软件和可编程控制器监控矿井排水设备运行的方法,认为采用PLC技术和组态软件技术可靠性和实时性都很高,系统也能根据现场情况控制水泵的启停、避峰填谷、倒换工作,自动化程度高、经济效益好。
This paper presents an account about the use of MCGS configurational software and programmable controller in the design of underground coal mine water discharge monitoring system. This is for monitoring the op- eration of underground mine water discharging equipment. This paper holds that the use of PLC technology and con- figurational software technology offers improved reliability and real--time property of the system thus allows the system to conduct the start and switch--off of the pumps, avoiding peak hours and utilizing the off--peak hours and realizing a well coordinated used of the pumps on the basis of the actual conditions on site. This also helps realize a higher degree of automation, improved profitability of the whole system.
