摘要
通过对煤炭固体废物进行化学分析和工业分析可知,煤矸石和粉煤灰可以作为生产微晶玻璃的原料。根据基础玻璃和微晶玻璃的表观现象,确定最佳配方。借助于测试手段和反复试验,最终确定微晶玻璃的晶化温度制度为1060℃,保温2h,主晶相为硅灰石。玻璃粒料的处理方式对产品中气孔的多少具有一定的影响,文中以吸水率和断面气孔状况为指标,研究结果为混铺玻璃粒料有利于消除气孔。
Waste coal and flyash can be used as raw materials of glass ceramic by chemical analysis and industry analysis. The best formula is found according to apparent phenomena of basic glass and glass ceramic. By testing measure and more experiments, crystallization temperature of glass ceramic is 1060℃, soaking time is 2h and princi- ple crystalline phase is wollastonite. Glass particles have influence on porosity in glass ceramic. In the paper, mixing glass particles are benefit to avoiding porosity with the index of water absorption and porosity distribution.
