On effective control on workers' safety behaviour

从行为学角度,分析研究了员工安全行为的特性和制约因素,在把握这些特性的基础上有针对性地提出了建立科学、系统的安全行为管控措施,以增强员工安全行为控制的有效性。

From the angle of science of behaviour, this article presents an analysis of the characters of employees work safety related behaviour and the factors that restrict and/or affect the safety behaviour. On the basis of a good understanding of these characters and factors, the article proposes to set up rational and systematic management and control measures to improve the effectiveness of the management and control on the safety related behaw iour of the employees.
