摘要
煤的水分是煤在开采、运输、储存、洗选和使用过程中最容易改变的参数,也是对锅炉燃烧的安全和经济性影响最大的因素之一。对于大多数火力发电厂而言,锅炉入炉煤煤质分析一般都滞后于锅炉运行,对入炉煤水分的实时监测是长期以来锅炉设计、制造特别是运行人员所期盼的。以磨煤机热平衡机理为依据,对入炉煤的水分的软测量方法加以分析和讨论,借助软件工具实现了这一计算方法并在多家发电厂进行了现场检验。
The water content of coal is a parameter which is most likely to change in mining, transportation, storage, preparation and use. It is also one of the most important factors influencing boiler combustion. The boiler design, manufacturing, especially operating personnel have expected for a long time that the water content real-time monitoring for coal into the furnace can be implemented. In this paper, an analysis of the soft-sensor technique for coal water-content measurement was carried out, and this method was implemented by software tools and tested at several power plants. The water content real-time monitoring system can be used as a module for the distributed control system, or as a part of the system for ultimate analysis of coal.
