工质为R415b的空气源热泵热水器性能实验研究

摘要 通过对工质为R415b的空气源热泵热水器的性能实验,给出了环境温度和相对湿度不同时,随着水箱内水温的升高,热泵系统内蒸发压力、冷凝压力、压比、吸气温度、液管温度、冷凝侧过热度和过冷度、蒸发侧过热度以及COP的变化规律,指出了空气源热泵热水器的COP不仅随水温动态变化,而且与气温及湿度有关。同时,还对水箱内水的升温规律以及与热泵循环参数的关联进行了研究。 An experimental study on the performance of the water heater of the air-source heat pump type using R415b as working substance was carded out in this paper. Discussed in detail were variations of following operating parameters with the water temperature in the tank: the evaporation pressure, the condensation pressure, the pressure ratio, the suction temperature, the temperature downstream the condenser, the degree of superheat of the condenser, the subcooling degree of the condenser, the degree of superheat of the evaporator, and the COE It was found that the COP of the water heater varies as the water temperature and depends on the ambient temperature and the relative humidity. Moreover, the characteristics of the water temperature rise and its relationship to other parameters for the heat pump system were investigated.
