包钢炼铁厂1#高炉喷吹罐发生喷咀部件爆裂坠落事故,造成1#高炉停产。为了有效抢修,设计科学可行的抢修的方案;通过筒体超声波测厚,对焊缝进行X射线和超声波损探伤,测得基础数据,对罐体进行了强度校核,保证安全使用。
After the nozzle of the blowing tank of No. 1 blast furnace cracked and failed, in order to rush repairit effectively, a scientific and feasible repairing method was put forward and carried out.The thickness of the rank'was measured by ultrasonoscope and the welded seam was searched by x- ray and ultrasonic detector.According to the data,the intensity of the tank was checked to ensure safety of production.
