摘要
文章针对H3液压系统存在的缺陷和不足,对H3液压系统的动力源和冷却能力进行了计算校核,研究并设计了改造方案。改造后,彻底解决了设备存在的问题及隐患,大幅度地降低了设备的故障时间,提高了设备作业率,满足了生产、工艺的要求。
Aiming at the defect and the shortcoming of H3 hydraulic system of the Seamless Tube Mill of Baotou Steel, the improvement scheme was designed and researched by calculating and checking the power source and cooling capability of the hydraulic system. After the reformation, the problem and the hidden trouble of the hydraulic system were resolved completely, the malfunction time was reduced and the production capability of the equipment was raised. It met the needs of the production and the technology.
