中国农村改革三十年取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就。总结这三十年所带给我们的一些重要启示,是新世纪新阶段树立和落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,继续推进农村各项事业发展,建设社会主义新农村的必然要求。这就是:必须始终把"三农"问题放在重要的战略地位,必须坚持渐进式和扬弃式改革,必须充分尊重和保护农民的主体地位,必须坚持城乡经济社会一体化发展。

Great achievements have been made in China's 30 years of rural reform.It is, therefore, necessary to summarize the enlightenment of the reform for the sake of implementing the view of scientific development, building a new socialist countryside and a harmonious society and improving the rural development.The inspiration lies in the fact that the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers must be placed in the important strategic position;the progressive and rational reforms must be adhered to;the farmers' subject position must be fully respected and protected;the integrated economic and social development between urban and rural areas must be persisted accordingly.
