浅谈企业安全文化

企业安全文化与安全生产有内在联系,两者相辅相成,建立健全企业安全文化,是构建和谐企业的迫切需要。文章对企业安全文化作了阐述,提出企业在安全文化建设方面的原则和要求,从而促使企业强化员工安全意识,完善安全管理体系,倡导和树立安全发展理念,激发员工"关注安全,关爱生命"的本能意识。

Establishing the perfect enterprise security cultural pattern is the urgent need of constructing harmonious enterprise＇s. At the same time, we hope the enterprise strengthen the staff to realize system control, initiative and sets up safe development concept, stimulate the staff “the attention security, shows loving concern the life” the instinct realizes.
