摘要
热中子照相技术在检测含氢材料、重金属组件、放射性材料等方面是X射线等无损检测技术的有益补充。但由于热中子与材料作用的机制和X射线与材料作用的机制不同,用户对热中子照相检测过程中中子对材料属性的影响存有疑虑。根据中子与物质作用的基本原理,从理论上推导了热中子射线照相对材料成份的影响,结果显示热中子射线照相对材料成份的影响极其微小,不会对材料属性产生不利影响,得到了相关用户的认可。
Thermal neutron radiography is a useful complementarity for X - ray and other nondestructive testing technique. As the different interaction mechanism with material from X-ray, neutrons are thought to affect the material properties during the course of testing. The effect of thermal neutron radiography on material is deduced theoretically according to the basic principium of interaction with material, and the result indicates that the effects is negligible and the users are thought that the result is reasonable.
