摘要
某型燃气轮机在长试过程中发生压气机测点振动值逐渐增大,而涡轮截面测点的振动值无明显变化的现象。结合采取的排故措施,对支承刚度变化、联轴器不对中以及膜片联轴器对整机振动响应的影响规律进行了计算和试验验证,对故障原因进行了分析,认为振动异常的主要原因是整机支撑结构发生松动,进而导致联轴器不对中。
The vibration values of the compressor points gradually increased during a gas turbine endurance test, but the vibration values of the turbine section points had no obvious change. The influence laws of the support stiffness change, coupling misaligned and membrane coupling on the engine, vibration response were calculated and demonstrated by incorporating corrective action. The failure causes were analyzed and the results show that the major cause of vibration anomaly is the looseness of the engine support structure and then leads to the coupling misaligned.
