摘要
根据赛艇运动员训练的疲劳产生的机制,疲劳对机体的生理影响。如何恰到好处判断训练中的运动员是否疲劳,如何尽快恢复体能进行下一次的再训练,为了更好的提高训练效率和持续训练效益,不断提高运动竞技水平,掌握科学的训练——疲劳——恢复——再训练——再疲劳——再恢复的一个逐渐提高的过程。
According to the mechanism produced from the rowing training fatigue, and its physiological effects on human body. How to use right training method to distinguish whether the athletes are tired or not, how athletes can resume as soon as possible to do the next physical re - training has been discussed in this paper. In order to improve the training efficiency and effectiveness of continued training better and better, and constantly improve the level of competitive sports, a gradual increasing process of the science training - fatigue - recover - and training again -fatigue and recovery should be mastered.
