中新天津生态城规划建设中面临的主要生态问题与对策

Ecological Issues and Relevant Countermeasures during the Process of Planning and Constructing Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city

该文对中新天津生态城规划建设过程中面临的生态环境现状、主要的生态问题进行了分析。在对自然原生态保护、生态系统结构和功能改变以及生物多样性问题分析的基础上,对中新生态城总体规划中涉及到的区域生态网络完整性、生态廊道结构与合理性和绿地结构的合理性进行了分析,最后对中新生态城规划建设中的生态建设与保护提出了建议。

Sino - Singapore Tianjin Eco - city is a strategic cooperation project between China and Singapore to improve the local environment and build an eco-culture. This paper analyzes the main eco-environmental status quo and issues of Tianjin Eco-city. Focusing on natural resource protection, structural and functional change to eco-system, and biological diversity, the authors have analyzed the integrity of ecological networking as well as structure and rationality of ecological corridor and green space, then put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the planning and constructing process of Sino-Singapore TianJin Eco-city.
