城乡统筹环境保护问题分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures on Urban-rural Balanced Environmental Protection

城乡统筹发展是党中央根据现阶段经济社会发展的特点和突出矛盾而做出的重大战略决策,该文从城乡统筹的内涵入手,通过对现状分析,指出在城乡统筹环境保护中普遍存在的问题,针对问题从城乡布局、城乡产业结构、生态文化融合、城乡环境风险预警以及城乡生态补偿几个方面提出了对策与建议,以促进城乡统筹环境保护取得良好发展。

Urban -rural Balanced Development is a strategic decision made by the C. P. C Central Committee according to the characteristics of current economic and social development and protruding conflicts. Starting with the connotation of urban - rural balancing and analysis on status quo, this paper reveals the prevailing issues existing in the process of urban - rural environmental protection, offers relevant countermeasures and proposals in terms of urban - rural distribution, industrial structure, eco - cultural fusion, environmental risk alert system and ecological compensation, in a bid to promote the sound development of urban - rural balanced environmental protection.
