灾区重建中的社区能力建设——基于社会工作的“增权”视角

Building Community Abilities during Reconstruction after Earthquake——from the Social Work Empowerment Perspective

"增权"是社会工作理论与实践的新视角,强调服务对象能力的开发和提升。社区能力建设是指社区及个人的"增能"或"充权"(empowerment)的过程。在地震灾区的重建过程中,以"增权"取向注重安置区的社区能力建设,成为社会工作者当前以至今后一段时间服务于灾区的重要工作路径。

The empowerment perspective is a new social work angel both in theory and practice. It aims at developing and enhancing the clients＇ abilities. Communities＇ ability building is the empowerment of community or of the people in the community. During the reconstruction after earthquake social work should pay attention to building the community abilities from the empowerment perspective.
