灾后重建工作包括物质体重建、心理重建、生计重建、社会关系重建等多个层面,社会工作者强调社会关系重建具有重要意义。本文在此基础上,着重分析灾后重建中社会工作助人关系的性质与定位,并从价值观、助人者特质等方面做了反思。
