摘要
在比较历史制度分析视野下,单位制度在短期内是一种自我实施的制度,而从长期来看却是一种自我削弱的制度。尤其是在改革开放等重要环境变化时,单位制度这种自我削弱更显著,接近崩溃。但是由于路径依赖,单位制度变迁的历史进程尚未结束,仍然影响着社区制度的建设,致使目前存在着单位制度和社区制度并存的格局。尽管社区制度最终将成为城市社会的现代整合模式,但其仍然会遗留着某些原有单位的制度要素。
Danwei institution is a self-enforcing system in a short run, but it＇s a self-weakening institution in the long run. With the reform and opening-up, it＇s remarkable on the change of the Danwei institution. However, because of path dependence, there are Danwei institution and community institution simultaneously.
