烤烟不定根对主要营养元素吸收能力的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过分根试验研究了烤烟K326不定根对N、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn的吸收情况。结果表明,当茎生不定根诱导形成后具有较强的吸收功能,明显增强了烟株的生长与对各成分的吸收和积累。研究还发现不定根对植物营养吸收表现出明显的补偿或超补偿吸收,当原根系处于营养限制胁迫条件下,不定根表现出对各类养分吸收的快速增加。这种不定根的补偿与超补偿效应对N、K、Mg、Cu的吸收较为突出,而对Ca、Mn的吸收则较为迟缓。 The absorption of N, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn by adventitious roots were studied by root-divided hydroponic experiment. Results indicated that cauline adventitious roots exhibited strong absorption function, and absorption and accumulation of various components in tobacco plants were strengthened. Compensatory or over-compensatory absorption were shown in absorption of nutrition by adventitious roots. When original roots were stressed by nutrient restrict, adventitious roots showed a fast absorption of various nutrition. This compensatory and over-compensatory effects were prominent in N, K, Mg, Cu absorption and lag in Ca, Mn absoption.
