摘要
基于广东省产业结构优化升级的动态及方向,立足于企业对高技能人才新需求的角度,分析在产业结构优化升级进程中高职教育现状,从政策、体制、课程、专业教学等层面提出高职教育人才培养质量的创新对策。
Based on the trend of the upgrading of industrial structure in Guangdong Province and taking a foothold on the new enterprise requirments for high-skilled talent, the essay gives an analysis of present situation of Guangdong Province＇s higher vocational education in the process of the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure and proposes some innovative training strategies of high-skilled personnel.
