摘要
通过分析TAFE师资培训的特点,查找我国高职院校师资培训中存在的问题,试图在借鉴TAFE师资培训经验的基础上,寻找解决问题的答案,建立符合我国高职教育发展的师资培训新模式。
The paper analyzes characteristics of TAFE teachers training to diagnose the problems occurred in our higher vocational teachers training and finds out answers to the problems through introduction of TAFE educational experience and sets up a new teachers training mode to meet the development of higher vocational education.
