摘要
高等教育教学督导的职责,还存在着某些形式化、片面化现象,直接影响到督导效能的发挥。认清高等教育发展的现实状况,准确把握时代对教学督导提出的内在要求,明确教学督导的职责,严格履行督导职责、从而增强科学性,提高督导实效性。
The duty of teaching supervision in higher education is not clear, and there existed some partial and formalized phenomenon, which greatly influence the effect of teaching supervision. This paper puts forward a idea that getting a clear understanding of the era and its inner requirement to teaching supervision is essential to ascertain the duty of teaching supervision, which is followed by law of teaching supervision and science. This is an inevitable choice for us to conduct the teaching supervision and improve its effect.
