摘要
对天目路立交拥堵的原因进行了分析,并得出其中路网原因占了很大比重的结论。要解决立交的拥堵,首先要梳理路网。由于天目路立交的区域特点,交通改善措施宜采取分期实施策略:即"先路网、后节点、先地面、后高架、先管理、后工程"。最后从快速路网、主干路网、次干路网和非机动车网,针对拥堵节点和瓶颈,提出了在完善区域路网的基础上提高节点通行能力的具体建议。
Analysis is made of the cause for the traffic jam at Tianmu Rd. Interchange, with the conclusion that the road network is a major factor therefor, and that it is critical to card the road network before the congestion of the interchange is solved. For the regional features of that interchange, it is appropriate to adopt measures to improve traffic flows in steps, i.e. improvement first on road network and then on the node, first on the ground and then on the viaduct, and first on management and then on engineering. Specific proposals are made regarding the nodes and necks with frequent jams for raising the passing capacity of the node based on the improved regional road network.
