摘要
从贯彻实施新版《卷烟工艺规范》,推动企业精细化制造两方面分析了统计过程控制(SPC)在烟草行业运用的意义,提出了卷烟企业应用SPC系统的原则,介绍了长沙卷烟厂SPC系统建设情况及应用成效。
The importance of SPC system application in tobacco industry was analyzed from aspects of performing the new ＂Cigarette Technology Specification＂ and inducing fine manufacture. Application principles of SPC system were proposed, its establishment process and effect in Changsha Cigarette Factory were introduced.
