妊娠急性脂肪肝组织的体液免疫反应3例报道附文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 引言妊娠急性脂肪肝（acute fatty liver of pregnancy, AFLP）是妊娠晚期发生的一种少见的致命性疾病，发病机制不明，目前认为此病与胎儿脂肪酸运转以及线粒体氧化障碍有关。为了解AFLP发病是否也有体液免疫反应参与，我们对1997年以来我院确诊为AFLP的3例肝穿标本，采用免疫组化染色方法，观察肝组织中各种免疫球蛋白和补体的沉积情况。
