香附子对不同土壤水分梯度的适应性研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过模拟三峡消落带内的土壤水分梯度变化,设置了4个不同梯度处理,包括轻度水分胁迫(干旱T1)、常规水分条件(对照CK)、土壤水分饱和(半淹T2)与过饱和(全淹T3),测定香附子在不同处理条件下的适应性。结果发现,除表观CO2利用效率表现出一定的负向响应以外,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素等其它生理特性指标受水分梯度变化的影响均不显著。在水淹逆境中,香附子的最大净光合速率、光饱和点、光补偿点均表现出显著的负向响应,而CO2饱和点及CO2补偿点则出现了正向响应的表现;在轻度水分胁迫条件下,与最大净光合速率和CO2补偿点不同,光饱和点、光补偿点及CO2饱和点表现出正向响应。说明在一定时期内香附子对水分胁迫与水淹环境有较强的适应能力,可将其用于三峡消落带的植被恢复建设。 On simulation of the soil water gradients of hydro-fluctuation belt in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,four different kinds of treatment were applied to study the adaptability of Cyperus rotundus Linn. ,including light drought stress(T1 ),normal water condition(CK), soil water saturation(T2 )and soil submersion(T3). The result demonstrated that, there was no significant influence of water gradients to characteristics such as Pn,Gs,Tr,height and photosynthesis pigment,however,CUE showed a negative reaction. Parameters such as Pmax,LSP and LCP had the negative reaction in water-logging, while CSP and CCP showed the positive reaction. Different from CCP, parameters including LSP,LCP and CSP had a positive reaction to light drought stress. It was concluded that Cyperus rotundus Linn. had the great adaptability to both water-logging and drought condition, which was suited to be planted in the establishment of revegetation in hydro-fluctuation belt of Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
