摘要
简单回顾了30年来烟机在中国的发展历程,提出了采用国外引进的经过消化吸收的叶型来提高国内烟机效率的建议。分析了烟机动叶片折断的原因,包括引起叶片振动的激振力,烟气中含有的硫、钠、钒、铅等元素对叶片产生高温腐蚀,超温运行降低动叶片的强度,催化剂跑损对烟机造成的不均匀磨损等,今后应针对原因制定方案解决动叶片折断问题。
This article first gives a brief review of flue gas turbine developments in China over the past 30 years and then suggests using blades developed based on assimilated foreign technologies to raise the efficiency of flue gas turbines.The article analyzes the common causes of the rupture of moving blades of a flue gas turbine ,including the forces exciting the vibration of the blades,the high-temperature corrosion of sulfur,natrium ,vanadium,lead and other elements to the blades ,the weakened intensity of the moving blades as a result of over-temperature operation and the uneven abrasion resulting from the loss of catalysts.The article suggests working out solutions to the rupture of moving blades having regard to the specifics of a case
