国外提高催化裂化装置烟气动力回收系统的新设想

摘要 介绍了美国UOP公司近年来对炼油厂FCC烟气动力回收系统发展的新设想。首先讨论三旋及其旁路管道的技术进步;其次介绍工艺整合蒸汽降温、降压汽轮机,将中压或高压蒸汽注入反应器中取热,回收热动力;第三,对烟机入口烟气温度进行控制,使炼油厂能根据需要优化发电量还是高压或中压蒸汽的产量。最后,提出烟气动力回收系统能减少排放并发出"绿色"电力,其减排方案投资回报率比传统的动力回收系统有极大的改善。 This article describes the new ideas that the American firm UOP has proposed in recent years on the optimization of FCC flue gas energy recovering systems of refineries.The article first discusses the technological advances in three-stage cyclones and their side pipelines and then discusses the methods of integrating the steam turbines that use steam to reduce temperature and pressure and the methods of injecting high and medium pressure steam into reactors to recover thermal power.The article also describes the method of controlling the temperature of flue gas at the inlet of a flue gas turbine to allow refineries to optimize electricity output or output of high pressure or medium pressure steam.The article points out that the flue gas energy recovering system can reduce emissions and generate electricity in an environmentally responsible manner and that the returns on investment in the emission reduction plans of this system are significantly higher than those on investment in the emission reduction plans of a traditional energy recovering system.
