A Study into High-temp Protective Coatings for Flue Gas Turbine Blades

介绍了烟机叶片使用的长城1号(C-1)、长城33号(C-33)两种防护涂层。描述了它们的设计思想、化学成分、显微组织、各种性能,以及在炼油厂的使用情况。实践证明,这两种涂层完全满足烟机可靠运行的要求,其中C-33涂层原为大功率烟机专门设计,现逐步推广到中型烟机上,效果良好。

This article describes two types of high-temperature protective coatings Great Wall No.1 （C-1） and No.33 （C-33） used for blades of flue gas turbines ,including the design ideas ,their chemical compositions,microstructures,properties as well as applications in refineries.Applications show that the two coating products fully meet certain quality requirements for ensuring a safe operation of flue gas turbines.The C-33 coating was originally designed for large-power flue gas turbines and has now also been used in mediumpower flue gas turbines and yielded good results.
